Ops Tracking

From Postback setup to four conversion reports: tracking clicks to payments by promo code, ad code, product, and order.

Ops Tracking connects “clicks” to “payments”: links copied from the Ad List carry tracking parameters automatically, the checkout sends payment info back, and reports show conversions by promo code, ad code, product, and order.

The whole module appears in the sidebar once enabled. It has 5 pages: Setup, Link Summary, Operator Summary, Product Sales, and Order Details.

Setup

“Ops Tracking → Setup” (admin only). This is the one page that needs hands-on integration; once it’s done, the other reports fill in automatically.

Page contents

  • Integration info:
    • Postback URL: the callback address — paste into your checkout’s conversion tracking settings;
    • Company code (sub5): your company’s unique ID, used to route and verify callbacks;
    • Postback secret: the signing secret (system-generated; copy it and keep it private);
    • Events: which payment events are supported.
    • “Copy all” copies everything; individual copy buttons sit next to each value.
  • How data comes back: a 4-step flow (copy tracking link → visitor enters and a click_id is generated → checkout posts back after payment → this system writes the conversion report).
  • Parameter reference: what each tracking parameter means (sub1 promo code, sub2 ad code, sub5 company code, click_id click ID, product_code SKU, …) — echo them back as documented.
  • Send demo (curl): a test command signed on the spot with your company code and secret — paste it into a terminal to verify the integration. “Refresh signature” regenerates it.
  • Setup steps:
    1. In the checkout → conversion tracking / postback settings, add a destination;
    2. Fill in the Postback URL, company code (sub5), and secret;
    3. Use the curl below or the checkout’s “test send” to confirm success;
    4. Copy a tracking link from the Ad List, launch, and check the reports here.

“Ops Tracking → Link Summary”. Groups by sub1+sub2 (promo code + ad code) per day — answers “how many conversions and how much revenue did each link bring”.

Filters: date (required), ad code sub2.

Columns: link (sub1+sub2), clicks, add-to-cart, conversions, revenue, payment failed.

Actions: Export Excel for the current filter.

Operator Summary

“Ops Tracking → Operator Summary”. Groups by sub1 (promo code) — answers “how much each operator/affiliate brought”. Columns match Link Summary (clicks / add-to-cart / conversions / revenue / failed); filters: date and sub2.

Product Sales

“Ops Tracking → Product Sales”. Groups by product code — answers “which product sells well”. Columns match Link Summary; filters: date and product code.

Order Details

“Ops Tracking → Order Details”. Lists every conversion order by order — the finest-grained of the four reports.

Filters: date (required), ad code sub2, order number, product code, status (pending / success / failed).

Columns: order number, sub1, sub2, product code, amount, status, time.

Actions: Export Excel.

General notes

  • Reports cover the last 45 days only;
  • If a report is empty, check: confirm you’re promoting links copied from the Ad List (not direct visits), and confirm the admin completed the checkout Postback setup;
  • Amounts show the currency sent by the checkout as-is.
